Prince William and Kate's North American Tour Entourage

Prince William and Kate's North American Tour Entourage | Kate Middleton, Prince William

What sort of possé will Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge bring on their much-anticipated North American tour?

The royal couple will have a lot of help, to be sure, but they've also kept their entourage roster for the July trip lean and mean.

When it comes to who'll be along for the ride, William and Kate will be supported by the following:

• Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, Private Secretary
The royal newlyweds will be in good hands with Lowther-Pinkerton, 50, a former army officer who was brought to the Palace five years ago by Prince Charles. He's been influential as Princes William and Harry planned their careers in the Armed Forces, and is now private secretary to both William and Kate.

• Chris Kealey, Tour Coordinator
Kealey, an assistant private secretary, will help ensure the couple's packed schedule stays on an even keel.

• James Pryce, Catherine's Hairdresser
Pryce, a 30-something hairdresser at London's Richard Ward Salon, will be on hand to tame Kate's locks. He not only created her classic wedding 'do, but also styled her chestnut mane for the big engagement last November. "She still comes into the salon and sits with everyone else - there is no VIP area," says a Richard Ward spokesperson, who adds, "James has been the Middleton family's hairdresser for seven years now."

• Miguel Head, Press Secretary
Head initially came to attention of the Palace when he worked at the Ministry of Defense. He has plenty of experience traveling with royalty: He headed press relations on William's first overseas tour representing Queen Elizabeth and was alongside Prince Harry in New York during his two polo-playing visits on behalf of his Sentebale charity.

• Sir David Manning
This experienced British diplomat acts as an advisor to the Duke and Duchess and to Prince Harry, coaching them on how to navigate protocol, charity work, official functions and more. Before working for the royal family, Sir David was former Prime Minister Tony Blair's key aide on foreign policy and later acted as Britain's ambassador to America for four years, until 2007.

• Patrick Harrison, The Prince of Wales's Press Secretary
Harrison is an old hand at North American travel, and has toured Canada before with the royals. Accustomed to a slightly larger entourage with Prince Charles and Camilla, he'll be on hand to lend support to the young couple's press team.

Was Ryan Dunn Drinking Before Fatal Car Crash?

Was Ryan Dunn Drinking Before Fatal Car Crash?

Jackass fans were devastated over the car accident that killed stuntman Ryan Dunn and a passenger on Monday.

But was Dunn to blame?

The film critic Roger Ebert was quick to pick up on reports that Dunn, 34, had been at a bar before the crash, Tweeting, "Friends don't let jackasses drink and drive."

So far, police in West Goshen Township, Pa., have said only that the vehicle's "speed" may have contributed to the accident but mention nothing about what Ryan had been doing prior to the accident.

According to TMZ, a few hours before his accident, Dunn had three Miller Lites and three "girly shots," at Barnaby's, a bar close to where he died in Pa.

One bar patron tells the site that Dunn was "wasted," while another says he was "not too drunk to drive."

Additionally, while the TV personality and his pals were drinking, the activities were posted in a photo that has since been taken down from Dunn's Twitter page.

But MTV – the network home to Jackass – reports that Dunn "didn't seem intoxicated."

"He was himself," a Barnaby's employee told MTV News. "He seemed like he was having a good time, hanging out with his friends."

Twilight vs. The Hunger Games: The Ultimate Face-Off

Jennifer Lawrence, Kristen Stewart

We love a little bit of friendly competition.
Which is why we absolutely adore the bitchin' that's been going on lately between the Twi-hards and the Jabberjays (that's what you Hunger Games fans will officially be known as here at the A.T.) about which franchise is better.
So we decided to help you out and really square the series off against each other:
See, Twilight is a global phenomenon and still going strong, with two films hitting the big screen in the next few years. And with The Hunger Games' first flick making its way to the cinemas in 2012, it looks like it could be just as successful.
But the two couldn't be more different: One is about angsty teens falling in supernatural love and the other is about tweens battling to the death on reality TV. Though that doesn't mean that they don't have a few things in common.
We figured we'd pair up the characters from the vamp series with their post-apocalyptic pals—and vice versa—to lay it all out for you.

Royally Screwed: Kate Middleton Hacked! Duchess's Phone Messages, Bank Account Compromised

Kate Middleton

All we can say is, it's a good thing the Tower of London is no longer in commission.
Just days after the News of the World was forced to apologize to Sienna Miller for hacking into her voice mails, a new round of famous victims have been identified in News Corp.'s ever-growing and increasingly conspiratorial (not to mention, slimy, stupid and, oh yeah, highly illegal) phone-hacking scandal.
Chief among them: everyone's favorite newlywed, Kate Middleton.
Yep. S--t just got real.
Today's royal revelation came as a member of British Parliament urged police to expand their already years-long investigation into the illegal dealings and potential cover-up by Rupert Murdoch's media empire.
In addition to Kate, former prime minister Tony BlairPrince Edward and his wife, the Countess of Wessex, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, former Metropolitan police commissioner Sir John Stevens, and his successor John Yates, who as it happens, oversaw the phone-hacking investigation for 19 months.

Nice little twist, huh?
As for Middleton, her victimization isn't super recent (though as they've proven, News Corp. clearly isn't above hacking into fully-fledged members of the royal family), but reportedly took place in 2008, while the then-commoner was still just Waity Katie and simply dating Prince William.
In addition to having her voice mails hacked into, her bank account was also said to have been accessed, though it's unclear what, exactly, the company (who hired out a P.I. to dig up all this illegal dirt on behalf of both the NOTW and the Mirror) did with their surveillance. However, police have not explained (or maybe have not yet fully determined) what the tabloid did with the intel they received—other than use it to fill up the pages of their papers—though they have confiscated a motherload of documents (we're talking hundreds of thousands here) from the P.I.
For their part, a News International spokesperson was quick to note that the latest round of victim identification came from an M.P. and not (yet) Scotland Yard, and that they believe the allegations to be "wholly inaccurate." They said that the media empire is "cooperating fully" with the investigation.
In addition to Sienna and Jude Law—until now, the two most famous victims of the scandal, both of whom have launched legal action against News Corp. and P.I. Jonathan Rees—other suspected star targets include Eric ClaptonMick Jagger and George Michael.
Now that's what we call royally screwed.

Khloé Kardashian Has a Wardrobe Malfunction on TV

Khloé Kardashian Has a Wardrobe Malfunction on TV

Reality star Khloé Kardashian had a reality check Tuesday morning when she found out she may have exposed a little too much skin while promoting the new season of the family series Keeping Up with the Kardashianson FOX's morning show Fox & Friends

She exposed herself about four minutes into the interview, and the supposed exposure went unnoticed by her sister Kourtney, the show's hosts and herself, as the Khloé & Lamar star continued talking for about two minutes more.

But the attention didn't bring her down. "I had a nip slip and I loved it!" ' Kardashian, 26, who was wearing a black top with sheer fabric on the sides and sleeves,Tweeted. "My mom just called me saying my nip slip is 'all over the internet!'"

She continued, "Ha! Is it weird that I love it?"

Then, on her website, Kardashian wrote that her stylist advised her to wear a bra with the sheer top, "but being the naughty girl that I am I disobeyed and went bra-less."

And though she maintains that she's not ashamed of the slip ("personally [I] love when women show their nipples – perhaps I was a member of a nudist colony in my last life," she wrote), the reality star also apologized.

"On a more serious note though, to those who I offended, I am very sorry," she said. "It truly was an accident."

Ja Rule Heads to Prison for Two Years

Ja Rule

Ja Rule won't be livin' it up after today.
Six months after pleading guilty to felony attempted criminal possession of a weapon, the rapper was sentenced to two years in prison in a New York City courtroom today and was subsequently hauled off in handcuffs.
"See y'all later," he told his supporters in the room, including wife Aisha, his mother and his mother-in-law. "Love you!" they called out to him.

"Love you, too," Ja Rule, whose real name is Jeffrey Atkins, replied.
The "Always on Time" artist was booked into custody at a city jail while he awaits word on his final lockup destination.
Ja Rule and Lil Wayne were busted on the same night back in July 2007 on gun charges after police found a semiautomatic handgun in Ja Rule's sports car.
The rapper also pleaded guilty in March to tax evasion for owing more than $3 million in New Jersey back taxes. He is also facing prison time in that case and could get an additional three years behind bars for his money troubles.
Sentencing was scheduled for this Monday, but his attorney says that will likely postponed until later this summer.
Even with prison on the horizon, Ja Rule has been busy putting the finishing touches on his first new album in years, Pain Is Love 2. It was originally due out yesterday, but producer 7 Aurelius told Mpire Online that they postponed its release to "benefit the quality of the music and overall handling of the album's promotion and marketing whilst Ja is incarcerated."

Will Kim Kardashian & Kris Humphries Have a Prenup? Yup!

Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian

Weddings mean invitations, seating charts, cake tastings...and if you're Kim Kardashian, a prenup.
A source confirms to E! News that the reality star is finalizing a prenuptial agreement with fiancé Kris Humphries that would protect his and her assets in the event of a divorce.
(But we're rooting they stay together forever.)
Anyway, here are the deets—
"It's a standard prenup," says a source close to the couple. "They just want something that makes sense for both of them."
The agreement is in the hands of lawyers at this stage and is "very straightforward," says the source.
With Kim's net worth reportedly in the $35 million range, and Kris' about $8 million, there is a lot of money at stake.
"When it comes to money, Kim just thinks it's always smart to have a contract and she has always looked at things that way," says the source. "It is the responsible thing to do."
Ah, responsibility. Good girl, Kim!

Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald Are Engaged

Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald Are Engaged

After meeting in March, Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald embarked upon a whirlwind romance – and now they've taken the next step.

The Breaking Dawnstar, 23, and herAmerican Idol alum beau, 26, are engaged, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

Posing together at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, the couple showed off a sparkler on Reed's left ring finger as she told E!, "He's the one."

And to those who are concerned that the pair may be moving too fast, the actress – who is reportedly house hunting with McDonald – has an answer.

"I love him and I don't care," Reed told PEOPLE in May.

"I've never met anyone like him. I've never met anyone who has such a good solid heart and comes from such a good solid family and is just a genuine person. We have the exact same sense of humor. I've never laughed so much with anyone as I do with him."

Casey Anthony Trial: 'Body Farm' Expert Testifies

Casey Anthony Trial: 'Body Farm' Expert Testifies
Casey Anthony
When Arpad Vass opened a canister containing air from Casey Anthony's car trunk, the forensic scientist recalls that he "jumped back a foot or two."

"It was shocking that strong of an odor could be in that little can," Vass testified Monday in the Orlando trial of the woman accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

The prosecution witness is a senior research scientist at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee. He also does research at the "Body Farm" at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, which is dedicated to the grim study of human decomposition.

Researchers tested chemical compounds evaporated from a piece of carpet recovered from the trunk of Anthony's Pontiac, where authorities suggest Anthony had stashed Caylee's body after the child disappeared in 2008.

Several witnesses have recalled the foul smell. Also recovered from the trunk was a strand of hair that another expert says was similar to one of Caylee's.

Prosecutor Jeff Ashton asked if Vass believed there was a body in the trunk.

"I can find no other plausible explanation to explain all the results that we found," Vass said.

Vass had explained that he picked up the scent of chloroform, which comes with decomposition.

"The chloroform was shockingly high," he says – higher than any levels he had seen in 20 years of experience.

The defense frequently objected during his testimony about the study of air samples, a novel area in the law. Until the Anthony trial, no court has admitted air sample tests in a criminal case, according to experts
